Participation terms

Dear colleagues!

Registration Fee is EUR 400, obligatory for all the participants.

We are glad to offer convenient forms of participation depending on the aims of your taking part at the event:

A turnkey booth:

The cost of turnkey booth is EUR 220 per 1m2. It is included: standard back and side walls, fascia panel with company name, carpeting, coat rack, wastebasket, tables, chairs,spot-lights, sockets (220VAC, 1KW), other equipment depending of the booth size, standard publication at the official catalogue. General waste disposal, hall security are at organizers responsability. Minimal booth size is 4m2. Standard construction, additional equipment and services are to be ordered through the Organizers.

Unequipped area for your individual booth construction

You get for EUR 200 / 1m2 an area in the pavilion to build up exclusive stand. Stand design and materials are to be coordinated with VDNKh exhibition fairgrounds administration. Minimal stand size is 9m2.

Non-present participation

The option costs EUR 250. For non-present participant the exhibitor is to mail over leaflets and catalogues to Organizers to hand them over from a non-present participation stand. Standard publication at the official catalogue is included.

Making a presentation in a business program (holding a separate workshop)

Call for paper deadline is 10 May 2026, two weeks before the exhibition we will let you know date and time of your presentation. We kindly ask you to submit topics of your presentation well in advance (e-mail: info@e-transport.ru). 10 minutes presentation slot is EUR 100 for the participants and EUR 450 for non-participants. You may also order an equipped hall for your seminar, workshop or other event, for 1 hour or more. 1 hour separate seminar price is EUR 500.

The participants of previous exhibition get a 5% discount.

All prices include 5% Russian VAT. Bank fees are charged to the Exhibitor.
